The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a homey atmosphere. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to major highways and easy to find. the breakfast offered local produce and was cooked to perfection, giving a delicious and satisfying start to the day.

The room we stayed in was quite small, which made it a bit cramped for our family. My husband, who is tall, had trouble fitting in the double bed as it had a headboard and footboard.

The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. The hotel was right by a motorway. Stay there and enjoy your Taunton weekend.

The location of the guesthouse was ideal, being situated in the countryside but still only a short drive away from the town. We also enjoyed the beautiful walking routes in the area, which were a great bonus.

While the overall experience was positive, we did notice that the water features in the gardens were no longer present. It would have been nice to have them as they added to the ambiance of the outdoor space.
